1. Who processes your data
The controller of your data is Paweł Lipowczan, who runs a sole proprietorship under the business name PLSoft Paweł Lipowczan, ul. dr. Michała Grażyńskiego 15, 43-450 Ustroń, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 5482378017, REGON 240836787. For anything about your personal data, write to pawel@lipowczan.pl.
2. What data, why, and on what legal basis
- Contact form. Your name, e-mail address, the message, and your answer to the question of how you heard about me. I use them to reply and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal for working together (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your answer about the source helps me see where clients come from (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
- LLM Wiki course signup. Your e-mail address. I send the lessons and news about the course to it because you agreed to that (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You withdraw your consent with the link in every message or by e-mailing me.
- Acceptance of the Website Care terms. Your e-mail address, your company details for the invoice, the date and time of acceptance, the version of the documents and the service option you chose. The record is proof that the agreement was concluded, so I keep it (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Booking a call or a consultation. You book a time in Zencal, which collects your name, your e-mail and, for a paid consultation, your payment details. I receive this data to hold the meeting and to issue the invoice (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
- Technical data. The site's server records in its logs the IP address, the date and the address of the page visited, and the browser type. They are used for security and for fixing errors (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who I share data with
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting of the site and the server logs.
- Resend (a US company, data kept in the EU region): sending the messages from the form, the LLM Wiki course list and the record of Website Care acceptance.
- Zencal: booking times.
- Revolut: payment for Website Care.
Vercel and Resend transfer data to the USA. The basis is the European Commission's decision on an adequate level of protection (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and the standard contractual clauses in these companies' data processing agreements.
5. How long
- Messages from the form: until our correspondence ends and, if we conclude an agreement, until claims under it become time-barred.
- The course list: until you unsubscribe.
- The record of Website Care acceptance: for as long as the service lasts and until claims become time-barred.
- Server logs: for the period Vercel sets.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to have it transferred (data portability), to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych) in Poland.
7. Changes
When the way I process data changes, I will change this policy and the date at the top.
