After every stage you get something you can work with, instead of waiting for one big launch at the end.
Code, accounts and access on your side
The system is built on your company’s accounts, and the code and documentation are yours. You can take them to another contractor without asking me.
Documentation and handover included
A description of how the system works and instructions for the person who will run it.
Maintenance, if you want it
After launch I can maintain the system for a fixed monthly fee. If you do not want that, the system stays working and documented.
How it goes
An example path without discovery. Days are counted from the intro call.
- Day 1
- Intro call, free. 30 minutes on Google Meet. You tell me what slows your company down, and I tell you whether and how I can help.
- Day 2
- Written proposal, free. You get the scope, the stages and a fixed price for that scope. You decide whether we start.
- Up to here
- you pay nothing.
- From day 3
- Build in stages, from €1,500 net. I build piece by piece and show working parts. Code, accounts and access stay with you.
- Day 9
- First working part. You can work with it as early as a week into the build. The real-estate office had its first version 6 days after the start, in May 2026.
- After launch
- Maintenance. Hosting, monitoring, fixing what stops working and small changes for one fixed monthly fee, agreed after launch.
Discovery before a larger project
from €1,100 netDiscovery is an option, not a required first step. It helps when you want to see the whole picture before a larger amount, or when the call shows that the problem sits in several processes at once.
- Workshop
- From 2 to 10 hours in one to three sessions. With the people who do the work, I map the process step by step.
- Analysis
- From 2 to 10 working days. I count what each problem costs in hours and money and design the target way of working.
- Handover
- 1 day. We go through the findings. The document stays with you, whatever you decide next.
You get a process map and a plan that you can take to any contractor.
AI consultation
€75 net for 60 minutesFor when you build yourself and want to check an idea, tools or a plan, or want a second opinion on someone else’s offer before you sign. 60 minutes on Google Meet, only about your case. You get a written note with findings and next steps within 2 working days.
