What it would cost you on your own
Running the site yourself is not one bill. It is three, and only the first one is obvious.
1. The hosting platform — 40 USD a month.
This is the part most people get wrong. The platform charges per person with access to the account, not per website. You need two people: you, as the owner of the account, and me, so that I can publish changes and fix things when they break. Two people, 20 USD each.
Could you manage with one? Only if nobody ever touches the site again. A seat is not a licence for the website — it is access for a person. The moment you want a text changed, a photo swapped, or something fixed after an outage, someone has to have that access, and that someone costs 20 USD for the month. You can add it and remove it every time, but then you are paying a whole month for a ten-minute fix, and managing access instead of running your business.
With Website Care nobody on your side needs a seat at all.
2. The database — 25 USD a month once the site is busy.
Your listings, blog posts and enquiries live in a database. A quiet site fits inside the free plan; a site with real visitors does not. The free plan allows 5 GB of traffic a month, and that goes faster than it sounds — one e-mail campaign can spend it. Past that, the database moves to the paid plan: 25 USD a month.
3. The AI assistant — charged by what it is used for.
The chat on your website answers visitors, and each answer costs a small amount. There is no fixed monthly fee for it.
So on your own:
| Quiet site | Site with real traffic | |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting platform (2 people) | 40 USD | 40 USD |
| Database | 0 USD | 25 USD |
| Your total | 40 USD | 65 USD |
| Website Care | 29 EUR | 52 EUR |
Three separate accounts, three cards, and every outage is yours to notice first — or one amount that does not move when the free plan runs out.
What I propose
| Feature | Website Care29 EUR / month | Website Care Plus52 EUR / month |

Add the AI assistant to either one for 5 EUR a month.
Which one is for you. If the site is new and quiet, start on Website Care — it is genuinely enough, and I will tell you when it stops being. If the site already has visitors, or you are about to send a campaign to your database of contacts, go straight to Plus: that is exactly the traffic that spends the free allowance.
No accounts to open, no cards to attach, no platform bills in a currency you did not ask for. One monthly payment and one invoice by e-mail.
Your site keeps getting better without you paying for it. I keep improving the software the site runs on — speed, security, the admin panel, the way listings are presented. Every one of those improvements lands on your site as I make them, at no extra cost, for as long as you subscribe. You are not buying a website frozen on the day it was finished; you are buying one that keeps moving. New features you specifically ask for are quoted separately — everything else comes with the subscription.
What is included, and the limits that come with it. Three parts of the service sit on plans with published allowances, and you should see them before you sign up, not after:
| Service | Website Care | Website Care Plus |
|---|---|---|
| Database | 500 MB of data | its own paid plan — 8 GB |
| Photos and documents | 1 GB stored, 5 GB of traffic a month | 100 GB stored, 250 GB of traffic a month |
| E-mail the site sends | 3,000 a month, up to 100 a day | 3,000 a month, up to 100 a day |
On Website Care the traffic allowance is the one that runs out first, and it goes faster than it sounds — one e-mail campaign to your contacts can spend it. That is what Plus is for: on the paid plan those numbers stop being something you think about.
The e-mail allowance is the same on both tiers, because it comes from a different provider. If your site starts sending more than that — a bigger contact list, regular campaigns — we talk about a paid plan for it first.
If your site outgrows any of these, I tell you and we agree what to do before anything changes. Nothing moves to a paid plan, and nothing appears on your bill, without your agreement.
About the AI usage. The price of the AI assistant covers normal use. If it ever goes consistently beyond that, I tell you before anything changes — you will never see a bill you did not agree to.
What stays yours
- Your domain, registered with your registrar, in your name
- Your database — listings, blog posts and enquiries
- Your content — texts, photos, projects
You are not tied in
Whenever you ask, I move the whole site to your own account within 14 days, access included, at no charge. I have done it recently; it is a matter of minutes, not a rebuild.
What is not included
Larger work — new sections, additional projects, additional feeds — is quoted separately at the rate card you already have.
Why this is better for both of us
I have the access, so when something breaks I fix it straight away instead of asking you to log in somewhere. Less writing on both sides.
Questions people ask before they sign up
- What if I want to stop?
- Send me an e-mail. One month's notice, no reason needed. Nothing is charged after that month.
- What if I want the site on my own account?
- Say the word and I move it — the site, the database and the access — within 14 days, free of charge. That holds while you are a customer and after you stop being one.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- It is yours, so you choose: I hand it over, or I delete it. Either way within 30 days.
- Who owns the domain?
- You do. It stays registered with your registrar, in your name. I never hold it.
- Something on the site stopped working — do I pay for that?
- No. If the site does not do what it is supposed to do, I fix it — no time limit, no extra charge. That is the main thing you are paying the monthly fee for.
- And small changes — a phone number, a line of text, a photo?
- I just do them and do not invoice them. That is how we already work; nothing changes.
- What about the warranty I already have?
- While you are a customer, you do not need it — everything that does not work gets fixed anyway, for as long as you stay. The day you leave, a fresh six-month warranty starts and covers everything built up to that day. So the subscription never shortens your warranty; it holds it and hands it back in full when you go.
- And if I need something actually built?
- I quote it first and start only when you say yes. Nothing is ever done and billed afterwards.
- What happens if the site goes down?
- I find out before you do and fix it. That is what the monitoring is for — you should not be the one noticing.
- Can I switch between the two prices later?
- Yes, from the next month. Both directions.
- What if the site outgrows the free database?
- I tell you, and we move you to Plus. That is the whole difference between the two prices. Your payment never goes up on its own — I cannot change it without you agreeing first.
- Which limits are there, exactly?
- Three, and they are published, not mine to invent. On Website Care: 500 MB of data, 1 GB of photos and documents with 5 GB of traffic a month, and 3,000 e-mails a month with no more than 100 in a day. Plus raises the first two a long way — 8 GB of data, 100 GB of files, 250 GB of traffic. The e-mail allowance is the same on both, because it comes from a different provider. Whichever one you get close to, you hear it from me first.
- Why would I take Plus straight away?
- Because 5 GB of traffic a month is less than it sounds. A site that is genuinely visited, or one campaign sent to your contacts, spends it. If that is where you are, the lower tier would only last a few weeks and we would be having this conversation again.
- Do I have to sign anything?
- No. You accept the terms on this page before paying, and you get a copy you can keep. If the terms ever change, you hear about it 30 days ahead and can stop if you disagree.
- How do I get an invoice?
- By e-mail, every month. If your company has an EU VAT number, the invoice is issued with reverse charge.
- Do I pay for updates?
- No. Fixes, security updates and improvements I make to the platform reach your site at no extra cost while you subscribe. What is billed separately is work you commission — a new section, a new feature, a second feed.
- Do I own the software the site runs on?
- The site, its content and its data are yours. The software underneath is mine, and you hold a licence to it that does not expire — including every fix and improvement I make while you are a customer. Anything you ask me to build specifically is invoiced separately and falls under the same licence.
- What exactly happens if I decide to leave?
- You keep the site. The licence to the version running on the day you leave is yours for good, and I hand you a copy of it together with your database and the access — within 14 days, at no charge. What stops is the ongoing part: new fixes, the monitoring, and the hosting on my account.
- Is the subscription a way of tying me in?
- No. It is a way of paying less. The tools can move to your own accounts whenever you say so, at no charge, and your licence to the site stays yours either way. What the subscription buys you is one bill instead of three and someone watching the site — not permission to keep using it.
